We are a small, distributed team of consultants, educators, and practitioners — brought together on a project basis depending on the work. That structure is intentional. It keeps the practice lean, lets us bring the right expertise to each engagement, and means clients work with experienced practitioners directly, not with junior staff.
Engagements draw on a network of contractors and subject-matter partners depending on scope — content, technology, facilitation, or domain expertise. For community programs, we partner with organizations committed to making AI accessible without the hype: library systems, workforce development organizations, and volunteer mentor networks.
